Jira add-on has not yet contacted CucumberStudio Ensure that you enter the server address

Hi team 

 

I am trying to integrate CucumberStudio and Jira, which I have done before successfully.

 

Currently I am seeing this error when I am trying on a different JIRA instance.

 

Input provided is the JIRA instance URL to Link and then I see the error.

 

Has anyone else had this issue. Please assist.

    Hi Kirthika,

     

    This error happens when you are trying to link your JIRA environment with Cucumber Studio and does not have our CucumberStudio - BDD & Test Management addon installed on your JIRA environment. The addon is free and once installed on your environment this error message should go away.
