Does anything need to be done on the customer/user end to get the latest version?

Or are updates are automatically pushed out to the customer/user since this is a cloud-based product?

Is there a way for the customer/user to know when the update will occur so that we may anticipate any downtime that may be involved? Thank you in advance!

The updates are available to everyone. LoadNinja is a web app, so it's updated on the server side.
