Integration error Web Service is not available.

Question

I'm receving error message that Web Service is unavailable. I copied the link I logged in and replaced /common with /psws/psws.asmx.

URL is https and I'm connected thru proxy. Is there anyway around this error?

Hi Brian,For our Trials and Software-as-a-Service customers, the web service url is http://ws.softwareplanner.com/psws.asmx.Sorry to say the web service is not compatible with a proxy. If there is any way you can bypass your proxy you should be able to connect.
