Hi,
I was able to upper case the a property in an XPath assertion by doing the following.
${="${Properties: Username and Password#Username}".toUpperCase()}
For you would it would be:
${="${changeCustomerDetails - Request 1#Request#declare namespace apo='http://transport.wa.gov.au/apo-ws/';upper-case(//apo:changeCustomerDetails[1]/changeCustomerDetailsRequest[1]/residentialAddress[1]/firstAddressLine[1])}".toUpperCase()}
