Well, you are right clicking on your gridStatus object so it would naturally click in the center of that object. Now, as to why the behavior changed, this is why co-ordinate based scripting really does not work well. I'm guessing that something changed in screen resolution or even OS or something between the VM's so that the center of the gridStatus has shifted a few pixels, hence moving your mouse cursor to a different spot.
Not sure if it's going to help you (and can't remember if anyone has referenced this to you) but there's an article that contains some links to sample script code for working with Janus grids. You can find it http://smartbear.com/support/viewarticle/13207/
That said, I wonder if you can get to an actual Cell child object of your grid (again, not knowing the specific properties). If so, you could probably do something like
where the <row> is the row number for the row you want to do the right click on and <column> is the "center" cell. This way your ClickR is being called against the specific area of the grid and is not dependant upon co-ordinates and screen resolution to make sure you've got the correct row.
