User administration and logout with logout brings message: 502 Bad Gateway.   Why?

    Can you provide more information please.  I assume you were making an API call and that's why you got a 502 server message.  What was the URL you were using, etc.

    It sounds like there might be an issue with an Atlassian service - it's not a Zephyr Scale issue.  I suggest you contact Atlassian support, but you might find their statuspage useful to check: Atlassian Status, e.g. Access (Atlassian Access Status)

    Thank you... "Users may experience slow loading and uploading of attachments, login issues or inability for new customers to sign up. We have identified the root cause and are actively working on the service recovery."
