aqtime network license server and VM infrastructure

hi, we would like to purchase several network licenses of the AQTime for our programmers, but our network architecture assumes that they will run on virtual machines or laptops and the server itself with the licenses will have to be located in the data center on the virtual PC. can we purchase network licenses for this configuration? will they work?
