Is there a way to specify the "from" address when email notifications are sent out?

When email notifications are sent out via SmartBear to its users, is there any way to update or change the "from" email address?  We currently have our emails coming from one specific email address, but we need to update it to a newer email.

Our developers would need to whitelist and update some server settings on our end to tag the email appropriately if the "from" email change does not work.
