New Features for Spectral: OAS3.1 & OWASP?

Hi,

are there any plans to support OpenSpecification 3.1 in the near future?

Currently, it says "These rules apply to both OpenAPI v2.0, v3.0, and most likely v3.1, although there are some differences."

I would love to see the full OAS3.1 features checked properly within the OpenAPI ruleset.

And what about the OWASP rule set , is this going to be integrated in the "default" package of Spectral like the OAS2.0 + OAS3.0 + Async rulesets?
