Once you have fully understood Running Tests via Remote Desktop works, you then need to refer to https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/automating/session-creator/index.html and use SessionCreator.
If you search the forum for SessionCreator, you will come across a number of posts, explaining how it should work.
