Zephyr Enterprise - Test Execution Test ID Column header

Hi

Hoping someone might be able to help me out with an issue I've noted under 'Test Execution' > Search. I use the Advanced search quite a lot to search for individual tests and view the details. Recently I noticed the 'Test Case ID'  and 'Name' info was no longer showing, and I've no idea how this happened. When I use the three dots to select column headers, 'Test case ID' and 'Name' are no longer selectable in the checkboxes. 

Any help to resolve would be greatly appreciated :)
