Not receiving Forgot password email

It seems like TestComplete thinks my password is incorrect.  When I click on Forgot Password, I never get an email to reset my password.  

I've checked my Spam bucket but nothing is there.

    Which password cannot be reset? 

     

    Are you talking about the license manager login? (Smartbear ID)  

     

    If yes can you try resetting using a different browser? 

    Let me know if that works

      No that didn't work.  Why am I not getting an email when I click on Forgot Password?

        what browsers have you used... 

         

        Can you try Firefox/Edge and chrome? 

         

        Is the same happening in incognito//private browsing? 

         

        As for why this is happening, its hard to say without seeing the issue.

         

        I know i have seen this where browsers were blocking the request using a pop up blocker.

        Alternatively if you raise a support case, here you can specify specific account details and if required support can jump on a call.

        This can be escalated also by your SmartBear Rep / Account Manager
